PRODUCT USAGE AND BENEFITS The Karaca Mai Series is unique in its production method, just like its unique patterns. The Mai Series is not produced in the traditional porcelain production method of firing clay at high temperatures, but rather in a special underglaze technique used worldwide and a multi-color printing technique unique to this series. In this technique, the patterns are printed onto the clay, then fired. A special gloss-enhancing agent is applied to the surface, and then fired again.
