Imperial German Infantry Fascine Knife or Short Sword. No Scabbard. Machete type blade. I believe this is a model 1845 (M1845). Crown marked on blade ricasso on one side. Blade with a lot of wear and graying. Blade length approximately 18 3/4 inches and overall length approximately 24 1/4 inches. Very worn condition.
