American Legion USMC Medal. Wording on front of medal is: For God and Country Semper Fidelis. Wording on back: American Legion School Award. It looks like this was mounted on some type of display with a large glob of glue still on the back of the ribbon. Most likely 1950s-1970s era. Worn condition.
