USAAF (United States Army Air Force) Technical Training Command Distinctive Insignia (DI) group of two. Motto is SUSTINEO ALAS or (I Sustain the Wings or Keep ’em Flying). One has a screw post type mount, and the other has an unusual pin mount system (probably some type of theatre made example). Most likely 1940s era. Worn condition.
