Description This oil is naturally rich in essential polyunsaturated fatty acids, especially OMEGA-3 (alpha linolenic acid), which contribute to maintaining normal cholesterol levels in the blood. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2 g of alpha-linolenic acid (Omega-3). One tablespoon (13ml) of Crudolio virgin flaxseed oil contains approximately 5 g of alpha-linolenic acid. With a delicate flavour, the addition of orange flavoring gives the product that citrus freshness which makes it perfect as a salad dressing or light dishes such as fish carpaccio. It is excellent in the morning in yogurt or smoothies.
