Worn condition.   Additional Notes: The Soviet Army Officer 3rd Class Qualification Clasp was a military badge awarded to officers in the Soviet Armed Forces to denote their level of professional qualification. There were three classes in total, with a master’s badge above them, whose wearer could serve as a mentor.
